Grievance redressal officer & escalation process

IRDAI Bima Bharosa escalation portal

If a complaint registered with Insuremile or an insurance company remains unresolved beyond 15 working days, policyholders have the statutory right to escalate their grievance to the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal.
